One of my favorite things is when your child draws a picture of themselves or the family for the first time. This morning Audrey handed me a portrait of our family. I LOVE it! I was so excited and praised her up and down. Who doesn't love these little people. I love that I was the biggest one, not Zeb.

I love turning around from the front seat to see things like this. ESPECIALLY the sunglasses. Picture perfect. That position makes me want to sit on her booster and try to sleep like that...almost. 

The other night  I went to give the girls kisses after I got home from YW and this is what I found. I love that Kit is right next to her. I love that she has her beauty shades on her head. What a funny girl.

And of course Claire is asleep next to Chrissa (not a rat) and has her target dollar spot beauty shades as well. I have very pretty princesses in my family. ;)

Last bit of Fun

 The day before the girls started school last week, Zeb suggested I bring the girls to his new office to have lunch with him. The last of many fun things before school began. They loved going to see him and having lunch there.

This is his secretary, Susan. She is the sweetest person ever. We all just love her. 

Now we are back in school and trying to get into the groove again. 

Visiting the Lonely

The week before Christmas Audrey and I went to a local nursing home with a few friends from her joy school. We took jingle bells and sang Christmas carols. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to see their faces light up and see them so happy that we were there. They loved the little ones and wanted them near. They couldn't get enough of Julia and Audrey. It reminded me of my childhood and especially of my little sister Stephanie. Hope we made you proud, Steph!
