To Come...

I have been chastised about the absence of house pictures and promise to post this week. Until then you can enjoy this story of Audrey.

During Sacrament meeting today Zeb was going out with Julia. Audrey had mentioned she needed to go potty so Zeb told me to have her go with him. I leaned over and said, "Audrey are you going to go potty with Daddy?" She said, "yes," and then loudly informed me (and all around us), "I'm going to go poo."
The people in front of us looked at each other and started laughing. I leaned forward and said, "Sorry for that."
First week since we've moved in to the new ward. Niiiice.

Sunday Baking

After bath time the girls really wanted to bake some brownies for our Sunday night baking together. With the pans packed for our move on Tuesday I sent the girls over to the neighbor's house to borrow a 9 x 13 pan. While they were gone I decided to start the brownies. I went to grab the eggs.....

and this is what I found!

I LOVE IT! I'm assuming Audrey's doing.
Claire came back with an 8 x 8 pan saying it was the smallest she had. Knowing we needed 9 x 13 I asked her what size she asked for and she said, "3 x 5!" Needless to say, they had to go back to ask for a bigger pan and 2 eggs,

...in the Texas rain of course!

What we're up to...

Zeb and the oldest 3 went to Home Depot this morning and made a project together. They had a great time and Claire told me all about how she got to hammer the nails herself. Audrey kept talking about her "project." Next time they get the little orange aprons. The loved every minute with their Dad.

Julia is rolling like crazy. She talks up a storm and has started scooting. My little baby is getting so big. It makes me so sad. I cherish every minute. She is such a sweet and happy baby.

I have really started packing and have made a lot of progress. It makes me really happy to think we will be in our own place AND that we will stay put for a while. At least that's the plan. :) In a week we will be home owners. Still isn't real.
