So I got a call from the school nurse this morning. She said that Claire wasn't feeling well and was not herself. I went to pick her up and when I got there Claire said she felt like she was going to throw up. I looked around and asked them if they had something for her to throw up in. It took a good minute or two and as soon as they brought over the garbage can, it came. I can't believe that she can hold it until I get her something. She does this whenever she is sick. It sure is nice for me! She is such a sweet little girl. I hate having my little ones sick. Hopefully it will pass quickly but until it does we will be hibernating for a while! Poor Claire.

When I first saw the title of the post, I thought it was referring to you and missing family in Utah. Sick kids is hard and sad but much better than a sick husband. And you are definitely lucky that she can wait for something.
Poor kid! Hope she gets better soon and it doesn't come this way. B has had the throwing up thing twice this winter.
Oh, poor Claire. :( I feel so bad when Ava is sick, it just kills me. Hope she feels better.
She kills me! Actually, Hallie and Claire both kill me. I've had both of them when they're sick and they both try to minimize throw-up damage. I can't believe that Claire can wait for something to throw up in.
Remember last year when Hallie got sick when we had a sleep-over with them? She tried to catch it all in her hands so it wouldn't go everywhere! (That was supposed to sound sweet and it just ended up sounding nasty!)
Give Claire a get better kiss for me and tell her that I'll have a replacement purse for her when you guys come out here in 1 month. :)
bummer! i hate being sick... poor claire! what a talent to hold it in until there is something there.... sad. get better sweetie!
