Zeb's Plan

Yesterday Zeb put a plan into action. What plan? The one where he announces, "I'm going to shave Julia's head," as he goes into our bathroom and locks the door. Am I kidding? No I am not. After he had already started I finally got him to open the door.
Here is what her hair used to look like:

Monk stripe in the back, followed by a bald stripe, followed by another patch of hair.

And don't forget the completely bald top.

So Zeb decided to take thee stress off me and make the decision to help little Julia out and make it all one length.

Of course you can't really call it a length when it's all gone but at least it's the same now!
(Look at her chompers!) I LOVE those cheeks.

Here is my little cabbage patch baby! There were a few tears and a lot of, "Oh Julia, I'm sorry." To which Zeb asked, "for what, helping her look better?"

I will admit it was nice to not be the one to make the decision. I didn't have the guts to do it. But now that it's done it will all grow in much better by not being so many different lengths. Too bad my babies are in the bald stage for so long. Let's cross our fingers that maybe it will end a little sooner since we gave her a head start! ;)

I like to be the one to make decisions but stuff like that I am too sentimental about it so I usually call a sister or have Bryan do it. We were shaving Isaac's head much earlier than the other 2 but he has a lot more hair (writing about that reminds me everyone is in desperate need of a haircut).

She is so cute. Her cheeks are bigger than I realized! I think she is an adorable little cabbage patch. Throw on a bow and you will soon forget about the shave. Good job, Zeb. I was all for the buzz. It will be much better in just a couple weeks, trust me. I only had to do it once with Sienna, and it grew in nice and even. She is too cute and it is KILLING me not to hold her. Love you.
XOXOXO

I can't beLIEVE zeb did that! OH MY GOSH!!! I would have Fuh REAKED! Which I'm sure you did... But I hafta say- it looks totally normaly! Especially on a little baby- & if you'd never seen the "before" shots, you wouldn't even look twice. I LOVE her chompers, too!

Are those cheeks kissable or what? She is darling!

It took Chase about 2 1/2-3 months to lose his "Frank Barone" hair line. Now his peach fuzz is growing in, but it's so light you can't tell. I love bald babies!

Haha. I LOVE it...she is so adorable. I love the chubby little cheeks with her big beautiful eyes. I just want to hold her and kiss her and go for walks together! Thanks, Zeb, for taking the decision out of Leah's hands. I think it was the right way to go. :) Love you all. Give the four girls kisses for me. (It still kills me to say FOUR girls!!)

You guys make me laugh! I'm glad that Aleah's hair pretty much all fell out because I'm all for shaving it, but I don't think that I would have the guts!

We Shaved Claire and Libby's heads and for the first day it is shocking but oh so much better. Sometimes I will see little baby's with crazy hair and want to say..."you know if you shave it all off...it will look much better in the long run" Way to go in being supportive! She is a doll hair or not!
